About our 1:1 Stand Up Paddleboarding Coaching

If you are looking for a more bespoke session tailored to your personal aims and objectives, during which we will work on developing any aspect of your paddling skills, knowledge and technique that you are looking to improve we can arrange a 1:1 Coaching session to suit you

• Personalised on water and video review session

• Designed for those that already have some SUP experience and wish to improve the efficiency of their paddle technique, footwork, step back turns, reverse paddle turns, bracing technique etc.

What to bring:

  • Min age 8 - Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult on the water
  • Wet shoes (if you have them) or a pair of trainers (you don’t mind getting wet), avoid shoes that will fall off your feet like crocs and flip flops
  • A towel
  • Swimwear to put on under your wetsuit
  • Warm clothing to wear after your session
  • A few snacks and a bottle of water
  • Sun cream, sunlight reflected off the water will cause you to burn more easily
  • If you have your own equipment you are more than welcome to bring it, you will get more out of these sessions learning on your own board as this is the equipment you will continue to use on a regular basis moving forwards.
