About our 1 Day Improver SUP Course

A more in-depth session for novice or intermediate paddlers who are looking to incorporate learning skills whilst exploring the beautiful Powys countryside along the banks of the River Severn.

9:30am to 5pm

• Min age 14 – under 18s must be accompanied by an adult on the water

• Max 6 people

What to bring:

• Wet shoes (if you have them) or a pair of trainers (you don’t mind getting wet), avoid shoes that will fall off your feet like crocs and flip flops
• A towel
• Swimwear to put on under your wetsuit
• Warm clothing to wear after your session
• A packed lunch, some snacks and a bottle of water
• Sun cream, sunlight reflected off the water will cause you to burn more easily
• If you have a wetsuit you are more than welcome to bring your own but if you don’t have one we can provide one
